This major upgrade in service will require a swap of your phone’s SIM card to get on the new network. If you do not update to the new SIM card, your voice service will stop working. But don’t fret, PTCI is here to help guide you through.
There are several ways to get your SIM card exchanged.
PTCI can ship the SIM card to you, free of charge, with step-by-step instructions on how to make the swap.
If you have already received your SIM card, but need help, click “Chat with us” at the bottom right of the website to chat with a representative, or call 800-562-2556 for assistance from a PTCI representative.
If you need more assistance, come into any PTCI store in the Oklahoma panhandle for personal assistance from one of our Customer Service Representatives.
