PTCI Return Policy
Unopened merchandise purchased from PTCI may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase*. Merchandise must be returned undamaged, in its original manufacturer packaging. You will need your receipt when returning merchandise. Full refund means the actual purchase price less any discounts applied.
Return or trade of devices purchased and activated with PTCI will be considered on a case by case basis. We may offer to trade the device for a similar device of equal or greater value, if the original device is returned in like new condition within 14 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for paying any difference in price of the original device and the new device. This does not apply to tablets.
PTCI will assist you in returning your device to the manufacturer if it is found to be defective and returned to a PTCI retail store within 14 days of your purchase.
Disconnection of service while under a device or service contract may result in early termination fees being applied to your bill.
*If AppleCare+ has been activated on an unopened Apple device, the device may not be eligible for return.
