Being a cooperative means that PTCI adheres to the 7 Cooperative Principles to guide our business. Today we are going to highlight the 3^rd Cooperative Principle: Members’ Economic Participation.

When you invest money by subscribing to PTCI services, that money is reinvested into the community. As an example, PTCI brings highspeed internet service to rural areas where other internet providers won’t. In fact, PTCI’s Rural Surge initiative is bringing highspeed internet to every rural community and farm in our Oklahoma service territory.  While this isn’t as profitable as targeting large urban areas, we know that this serves our region and membership best. Choosing to have PTCI as your internet or landline phone provider ensures that your money is being reinvested locally.
