Don’t let your voicemails disappear, save them now!
An upcoming network upgrade will require the permanent deletion of all voicemails on our network. We will announce the date soon.
We are upgrading our cellular network.
As a result, any voicemails stored on your device will be deleted. We urge all customers to save any important messages before the deadline.
How to Save Your Voicemails:
- For Apple (iOS) Users:
- Open the Phone app and tap "Voicemail."
- Tap the message you want to save.
- Tap the "Share" button (box with an arrow pointing up).
- Select "Save to Files," “Voice Memos,” “Notes,” or email it to yourself.
- For Samsung Device users.
- Open your phone app
- Hold down #1 on the Keypad to access voicemail
- Type in your voicemail PIN and push #
- Click the Hide Keypad option, click the record button located to the left of the Call Assist.
- Open the Keypad then follow the audible instructions and play the voicemail you want to save.
- Your voicemail message will be recorded. Hang up after the voicemail finishes playing.
- You can now find the saved voicemail message in the Voice Recorder app.
- In the Voice Recorder app, hold down on the voicemail message to open export options. Click “Share” then choose to share the voicemail file via text message, email, or Google Drive.
