Terms & Conditions
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS YOU AGREE TO BY APPLYING FOR A SPACE AT PTCI’s GIGAVERSE ESPORTS TOURNAMENT
• Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. They will not hold Panhandle Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (PTCI) liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. Exhibitor is responsible for their security during event hours.
• State and city tax is the responsibility of the artist/vendor to collect according to state laws and city regulations.
• PTCI will not be held responsible for any issues arising from an unmanned booth during event hours. PTCI is not responsible for and will not provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors/exhibitors persons or property.
• Exhibitors are responsible for their booth staff. Exhibitor staff must adhere to Gigaverse event rules.
• PTCI does not endorse any artists, vendors, exhibitors’ merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All artists, vendors, and exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions, and/or direction of Gigaverse. Artists, vendors, or exhibitors do not represent Gigaverse in any way.
• All merchandise bought or sold at Gigaverse is conducted strictly between artists/vendors/exhibitors and attendees/buyers. PTCI is not a party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties.
• Weapon vendors are not allowed. This includes functional swords, knives, firearms, or anything legally considered a weapon. Props that adhere to Gigaverse cosplay guidelines are acceptable.
• No vape, tobacco, CBD, or other smoking-related sales allowed.
• No Bootleg DVDs or CDs.
• Art and other merchandise needs to be appropriate for a family friendly event.
• Exhibitors should not display controversial materials such as political or inappropriate images, slogans, or other visuals.
• Nudity is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
• No Live Animals. Exhibitors may not engage in the sale of live animals at the event.
• Vendor’s booth and property must remain within designated booth space. Any damage caused to the building or its furnishings by the Artist/Exhibitor is the sole responsibility of the Artist/Exhibitor.
• Exhibitors hereby give permission to be photographed and recorded for any future PTCI use by agreeing to these terms.
• PTCI reserves the right to change, amend, and add to the rules and regulations of the event at any time.
• PTCI reserves the right to immediately terminate any vendor that violates these terms and upon notice the vendor must immediately vacate the premises with all their property.
• PTCI reserves the right to refuse a vendor space at its discretion.
