Keep your device connected and up to date.
If you were directed to this page, our records indicate that one or more of your PTCI cellular devices contain an outdated SIM card or eSIM.
After this year, critical updates will no longer be sent to your device, and at some point, it could stop functioning correctly. Fortunately, changing your SIM card takes less than 15 minutes and will help prevent future problems.
