1. Promotion Description

The PTCI $500 Cash Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins on November 4, 2025, at 8:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on December 31, 2025, at 5:30 PM CT (the "Promotion Period").

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is PTCI ("Sponsor"). By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the state of Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico, who, at the time of entry, permanently reside within the current PTCI service area (including, but not limited to, residents of the Oklahoma Panhandle counties of Cimarron, Texas, Beaver, Harper; select Northern Texas counties like Hansford, Ochiltree, and Lipscomb; and Union County, New Mexico), and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entries received from individuals residing outside the defined PTCI service area are void and will be disqualified.

Employees of PTCI (Sponsor) and their Immediate Family Members (spouses and children) are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. Prize Value 

There will be a total of one (1) winner selected.

• Cash Prize: $500.00  (awarded as cash or check at the Sponsor's discretion).

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. 

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry into this Sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may receive via either method.

Method A: Referral Card Submission (Non-Purchase Entry)

Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each valid PTCI Referral Card distributed by the Entrant that is returned to any PTCI retail location by a new customer during the Promotion Period.

Method B: Mail-In Entry (Free Alternative Method of Entry - AMOE)

Entrants may receive one (1) entry for each separate, hand-printed 3x5 card that contains their complete name, physical mailing address, phone number, and email address. Mail entries to:

• Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025, and received by PTCI by January 14, 2026.
• Mail-in entries must be hand-printed legibly; entries that are illegible, incomplete, or contain insufficient postage will be disqualified.
• There is a limit of one (1) mail-in entry per stamped envelope. Mail-in entries must be sent individually (no bulk entries).

5. Winner Selection

The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

• The random drawing will be conducted on or around January 15, 2026, by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final.
• Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately two days after the random drawing.

The Potential Winner must accept the prize by email or phone call as directed by the Sponsor within five (5) business days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable within the specified time frame may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner via a second random drawing.

7. General Conditions

Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes a Winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the Winner's name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
