How do I update my phone?
Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update. If a new update is available click Download and Install to update your iPhone.
How do I update my Samsung smartphone?

Go to Settings -> Software Update -> Download and Install. If an update is available it will start after you hit Download and Install.

How can I check my cell data usage?

Log into SmartHub and go to your “usage.”

Why is my cellular data not working?

Many factors can affect your cellular data experience. Older devices can experience issues. You may currently be in an area without LTE service or located in an area with obstructive structures like metal buildings. If you are subscribed to a No Overage Data Plan, you may have reached your monthly data allowance.

Do you activate Apple Watches

We do not currently have cellular data capabilities with Apple Watches.
