Whole Home WiFi Explained

April 6, 2023

PTCI’s Whole Home WiFi has undergone some great improvements recently. Here’s how these improvements can help level-up your WiFi experience and protect your home.

Recently, PTCI launched the new PTCI WiFi App to accompany our new and improved Whole Home WiFi. This app allows you to control your home WiFi network directly from your phone. That includes features like parental controls, content restrictions, and managing network access. The app also alerts you when the new network firewall, ProtectIQ, blocks unwanted visitors trying to enter your network.

We have introduced all of these features to give PTCI customers more control over their home network and better protection too. ProtectIQ works in the background, without you having to manage network security yourself. While ExperienceIQ, lets you see and control everything happening on your network. The best part is we are offering all of the new features for free to Whole Home WiFi subscribers. If you want to get the new Whole Home WiFi just call us today or visit ptci.net.
