Today we are going to be covering the 7^th Cooperative Principle: Concern for Community.

Cooperatives are local and cannot succeed without community. PTCI shows our concern for community in many ways. PTCI donates to causes that help enrich our area, participates in local events, hires local people, awards $25,000 a year in scholarships to local seniors to further their education, and provides our region with the best communications technologies.

Concern for community is important because, as a cooperative, this is our community too.
