Busy/No answer - *71 then the number you want the phone forwarded to, then press the send key. You will hear two confirmation "beeps" to let you know the phone is forwarded.
(Phone will ring 4 to 5 times before being forwarded)

Call Forwarding Always - *72 then number you want the phone forwarded to - then press the send key. You will hear two confirmation "beeps" to let you know the phone is forwarded.
(Phone will immediately forward when called)

Due to delayed reporting between carriers, wireless usage may be  billed in a subsequent month; this usage will be charged as if used in the month billed.
