Local minutes in excess of 500 will be rated at the $.10 per minute.
Long distance within the 48 contiguous states will be rated at $.10 per minute and is in addition to local airtime.
Roaming will be rated at $.45 per minute.
Minutes of airtime are only from the the home area network (OK Panhandle) to or from any number within the OK Panhandle wireless or wireline exchanges. Calls made outside the local wire center will incur a long distance charge which is only 10 cents per minute e.g. If I have a 651 number, I can only call 338, 468, 339, 349, 651, 617, 206 (Epic) and toll free 800 numbers without incurring a long distance charge. A call made to another rate center will incur a long distance charge as well as deduct minutes from the plan.
