Effective 2003

        1. Latitude and Longitude on all well heads

        2. The closest Fire Department

        3. Reporting of any Hazardous or Extreme Hazardous chemicals on location. (both temporary and long term)

        4. If there are Multiple tank batteries in use a site plan is required.
